Welcome to Tranquil Community Support Corporation. My name is John Allen and I am both honored and humbled to introduce you to a vision that has been shaped by over two decades of dedicated service to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This organization was founded in 2026 with a single, unwavering purpose: to enrich the lives of every individual we - serve with dignity, compassion, and the highest standard of professional care.
About Tranquil Community Support Corporation
With more than 21 years of experience in the IDD field, my journey began in 2005 at Allen residential Inc. where I discovered my passion for supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In 2006, I earned my DSP level one certification followed by my DSP level two certification in 2008-milestones that deepen my commitment to professional excellence and person centered care.
After nearly a decade at Allen residential Inc. from 2005-2014 I brought into my expertise at Central Valley training center where I had multiple roles within both of the day program 2014-2018 and the specialized crisis response unit known as (RAPID) respond, assess, plan implement and debrief from 2018 to 2023-2023 until present I currently serve with am corporation at a peak behavioral services advancing from a direct support professional to my current role as vocational team lead possession, each individual and each challenge has prepared me for the next chapter, founding Tranquil Community Support Corporation.
